Hello, my name is Katie and welcome to my blog!

It’s where my love of food, cooking and taking care of myself come together.

It all started over 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Since then I’ve been diagnosed with SIBO, gastroparesis and suspected Ehler Danlos Syndrome.

I’m now on the journey to get my body back and have found the low fodmap diet extremely helpful, so I thought I’d share my low fodmap recipes here in case they’re a help to anyone else.
